Catching Dreams, The Modern Film Fest at the Davis series has scheduled films through April 2013.
The film series, which is a partnership between Modern Film Fest and the Cabarrus Arts Council, brings free screenings of independent films to the Davis Theatre. A wide variety of films is included — drama, comedy, documentary, shorts, even the classic horror movie Night of the Living Dead. Often, the director or someone else related to the film there to talk about it and answer questions. It’s a fun, casual and inexpensive way to spend an evening!
The next film is Catching Dreams on Friday, March 30, at 9 p.m. after the downtown Concord Art Walk.
