The Suffers

A lively 10-piece rhythm and horn ensemble, fronted by Kam Franklin’s smoky vocals, The Suffers has appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman and NPR’s Tiny Desk series.

Raul Midón

Badass and Blind, the title of Raul Midón’s latest album, describes the soulful singer’s style to perfection. A virtuoso who has been blind since birth, Midón’s voice and guitar lay down the beat, the melody and the harmony with a syncopated pulse and a jazz-influenced flair. A sought-after musician among other musicians, Midón has performed with Stevie Wonder, Queen Latifah and Jason Mraz.

The Barefoot Movement Christmas Show

A holiday celebration for the whole family, The Barefoot Movement performs season favorites from Perry Como’s It's Beginning to Look a Lot LIke Christmas to Alvin and the Chipmunks’ Christmas Don't Be Late.. Audiences won’t ever find shoes on the band’s members, but they will find out why they were named Band of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association.

Martha Redbone Roots Project

Martha Redbone’s roots are firmly planted in the bluegrass and folk music she grew up with in the Appalachian Mountains, but her teenage years were spent in pre-gentrified Brooklyn, and that’s where the blues and funk took hold. Influenced by her Native American and African American heritage, Redbone’s music is a stunning culmination of Native American, funk, Appalachian folk and Piedmont blues.

The Malpass Brothers

Their repertoire of originals follow suit, too.
