SUMMARY:Live Audio and Visual Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Live audio and lighting workshop where you get your hands on equipment that professionals use and start to build a vocabulary of what live AV professionals use. When you know the vocabulary of the industry you make yourself a better prospect for companies and artists looking to hire people who stand out and are passionate and willing to be taught. This workshop is intended for those who have an interest in what happens behind the scenes at concerts or live events where professional AV gear is used. In this focused workshop you will explore the surface of what it takes to be a lighting designer and build a lighting show. You also will learn and experience the basics of what it means to Mix a band and create a professional experience for every audience member. \n\nThis workshop will be a 3-session workshop from 5:30-7:30pm each session. Ages 15-20 years old.
