I promise this workshop will change your approach to graphite\, helping it claim its rightful place as a beautiful medium unto itself. Looking at my geranium\, a work in progress\, you can see how layering and textural mark making allow for gorgeous results. Rather than copying the instructor’s work\, you will learn watercolor principles and techniques that you can apply in your own style. This is a fun\, relaxed class. Designed for beginning and intermediate artists\, this relaxed\, hands-on class explores the principles and techniques used to create convincing depth in watercolor landscapes. A landscape composition will be provided as a starting point\, or participants may bring their own subject.
