Cabarrus Art Guild Class: Convincing Depth and Perspective in Watercolor Landscapes
November 21 @ 10:00 am
Bring your imagination—creativity is personal and should be enjoyable. Rather than copying the instructor’s work, you will learn watercolor principles and techniques that you can apply in your own style. This is a fun, relaxed class. Designed for beginning and intermediate artists, this relaxed, hands-on class explores the principles and techniques used to create convincing depth in watercolor landscapes. A landscape composition will be provided as a starting point, or participants may bring their own subject. Topics include composition, perspective, color depth and density, object detail, and the use of highlights and shadows to create realistic landscapes.
