Creatives Mixer

Calling all Cabarrus County artists, writers, performers, filmmakers, and arts leaders. Join us for our next Creatives Mixer on May 21 from 5–7 PM at First n Flights. This free gathering is an opportunity to connect with fellow creatives, learn about upcoming opportunities, and spend time with the exhibition currently on view.

Representatives from the Arts and Science Council will be in attendance to share details about an exciting new opportunity for artists across North and South Carolina. They are launching the 2027 Regional Artist Directory, open to both emerging and established artists. This directory serves as a pathway to the Arts and Science Council’s Public Art Program and the projects they manage for the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
