Additional Davis Theatre Information

The Cabarrus Arts Council is dedicated to protecting the safety and health of all staff and guests entering the building. Our protocols are in alignment with many other venues that share the same goal – to keep live music from disappearing again. We hope you understand, and embrace the measures we're taking to keep you safe, our staff safe and the performers safe during these uncertain times.

It won't always be this way. Like you, we're eager to see faces again without masks once it's safe, and know that day is coming. In the meantime, after 18 months of a dark Davis Theatre, we're beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to bring you a 2021-2022 season.

One last thing.... because the state of the pandemic is constantly evolving, the guidelines and policies below are subject to change based on revised guidance from the City of Concord, the State of North Carolina, the Cabarrus Health Alliance and the CDC.

Health and Safety Policy

Ticketing Policy

If you become sick or exposed to COVID, please take care. Stay home. We want you to be well. We recommend you give your ticket to a friend, donate your ticket purchase back to the Cabarrus Arts Council or allow us to issue you a refund.

Feeling uncomforatble with the protocols, but have already purchased tickets? We understand and want you to join us when you're ready. Please call our office Tuesday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. or Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a full refund, or to make arrangements to donate your ticket purchase to the Cabarrus Arts Council.

Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present. We cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your time in the building. The Cabarrus Arts Council is not responsible for any exposure that artists, guests, or staff have to COVID-19 while in the building.

Are You a Season Ticket Holder?

This year we will only sell tickets on a show-by-show basis. We will not have a Season Ticket package during 2021-2022.
But don't worry if you're a past season ticket holder. Our fall season ticket sales will open two days earlier to season ticket holders before they are released to the general public. During that time you will have the opportunity to request your past season ticket seats by calling us directly at 704-920-2787. Out of fairness to other past season ticket holders, you can only request your past seats.  We appreciate your patience as we work hard to bring back live music to The Davis! Keep checking back for an announcement about our spring season.
