The 2nd Annual Spring into Arts Festival Photography Contest Presented by Market Street Studios is underway! 

The Spring into Arts Festival Committee is accepting photographs of Downtown Concord as part of a photography component to the festival! Interested participants are encouraged to submit photos with the subject being Downtown Concord for an opportunity to be on display during the festival and a chance to win $200 in Downtown Concord Dollars to be spent in over 35 eateries and shops in Downtown Concord! There is no fee to enter and creativity is encouraged. All levels from amateur to professional are encouraged to enter! Complete rules and regulations are on the submissions page:
