We are doing this fundraiser to bring awareness of the burden of stroke, provide community education and to promote healthy living among the community. Stroke is the leading cause of disability in the United States. We want to focus on the stroke survivors and their families and highlight the achievements they have made. 

The proceeds raised will benefit the local stroke support group at CMC-Northeast. All funds are managed by NorthEast Foundation.  This support group was started in April 2014 and has grown to support many stroke survivors and their families. Please help us continue to support this cause.
